All benefits are contingent on administrative policies, provider agreements and state legislation. 健康保险

There are two types of accounts: medical reimbursement and dependent care reimbursement. The 教育al Retirement Board (ERB) is a statutory entity responsible for administering the New Mexico 教育al Retirement Act (ERA) to provide secure retirement benefits to teachers, 管理员, 以及该州公立学校系统的其他雇员, 高等教育, 以及教育机构.

员工免交学费, up to 4 credit hours each semester with 火博体育 or New Mexico Highlands University. A free 成员ship is also available to the Health and Human Performance Center. A qualified family 成员 16 to 26 years of age may have tuition waived for up to 4 credit hours each semester and a free 成员ship is also available to the Health and Human Performance Center. A single-family 成员 may utilize both waivers or two different family 成员s may utilize a waiver each.

Regular full-time and part-time employees may use 30 minutes a day up to three times a week, 总共不超过90分钟, for a fitness activity at the HHPC (Health and Human Performance Center) or elsewhere on campus. This time must be used in conjunction with the employee’s regular lunch hour upon prior arrangements with the immediate supervisor. No more than 30 minutes per day can be added to a lunch hour for this purpose. This time can only be used for a fitness activity and cannot be used to extend or add to breaks or sick/annual leave time.

The College maintains a sick leave bank to benefit regular (benefitted, non-temporary) employees who meet requirements and suffer catastrophic injuries or illnesses or debilitating conditions that affect mental or physical health, which pr事件 them from working and requires the services of licensed physicians for prolonged periods of time. The sick leave bank was established to alleviate the hardship employees may encounter after exhausting all accrued annual and sick leave but who continue to require time off. Requests to utilize the sick leave bank should document illnesses or injuries that prevent the employee from working for continuous periods of at least 10 work days and forces the employees to exhaust all accrued annual and sick leave and to lose compensation.
